How to Get Help With Mental Health in California

Investing in your mental health is one of the most important steps you can take. Discover transparent pricing and flexible options designed to support your healing journey.

The Onboarding Process

Your first step is a brief 15-minute call with our care team. During this time, we'll learn about your needs, talk through treatment options, and help you decide if our practice is the right fit for you.

We'll cover:

  • What life feels like for you — both the challenges and the highlights
  • Your struggles, past and present
  • Your goals for therapy and the future you want to build
  • Potential care options and session schedule
  • Payment and insurance details
  • Any necessary paperwork

Start With a 15-Minute Care Call

This call is designed to be simple, supportive, and focused entirely on you.

Your First Session

In your first session, we lay the foundation for your therapeutic journey. This time is about getting to know you, your unique story, and the kinds of support that may be most helpful. It is also your opportunity to see how therapy works and explore which approaches best fit your needs.

Follow-Up Sessions

As therapy continues, follow-up sessions naturally take their own shape. The goal is to create a safe space that invites deeper insights, inspires breakthroughs, and helps you connect past experiences with your current life.
